Autonomy Means Owning the Data, Not Just the Decision
CFAA argues that provincial autonomy is stronger when Alberta publishes its own enforcement evidence.

What autonomy should require
Autonomy is not just the right to disagree with Ottawa. It is the responsibility to show why Alberta policy is targeted, measurable, and enforceable inside Alberta.
